Early Childhood Educator for our Grow Zone Preschool
Are you passionate about nurturing young minds in a faith-based environment? We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to manage our Grow Zone preschool and after-school care program for the 2027/2028 school year.
Position Overview:
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (May be blended with after-school care if looking for full-time)

Responsibilities:
- Program Manager, including dealing with childcare funding and reporting.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate, engaging programming that supports the spiritual, social, and cognitive growth of each child.
- Collaborate with the Kindergarten teacher to create a cohesive learning environment that prepares children for school readiness.
- Supervise children during sessions, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and positive atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Early Childhood Education
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting
- A love for working with children in a faith-centered environment
- Be an active member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Position: Custodial Manager (Full-Time, 12-Month)

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations (School Year): Perform 8 hours of daily cleaning, split strategically between school hours and non-school hours to maintain a safe, spotless environment for students and staff.
- Maintenance & Upkeep: Oversee routine school maintenance and address day-to-day facility needs promptly.
- Break Time Projects: Manage and execute deep-cleaning schedules and larger facility maintenance projects during school breaks.
